DAM Girl Vicky Gaines is the Detroit Area Modern Quilt Guild President.

How long have you been quilting?

February Guild Meeting Update

Those DAM Girls has a wonderful time at our monthly meeting yesterday. We had 2 new visitors joining us yesterday and one of those visitors became a member.

For those people who are attending QuiltCon, there is a wonderful App to download on your cellphone. This App list up-to-date information regarding classes, lectures and other events that will take place during QuiltCon.

The members of the guild turned in their Charity Quilt Bee Blocks for the month of February. Each month we will have a volunteer to put the quilt together. For this month our President, Vicky will be constructing the quilt. Our wonderful Charity Quilt Bee Chairperson gave us our color inspiration for the month of March. We can’t wait to see what each person comes up with.
