Today was another productive day for those DAM Girls. We got a lot of our projects started or completed.

Today we played Quilt Bingo. Each person brought 2 fat quarters, a spool of thread and 35 buttons. There were 4 winners and each winner got to pick a set of fat quarters and spools of thread.

The final winner also won a mason jar full of the buttons we used for chips on the bingo board.

We have one more half day of quilting and then we all will be heading home.

It’s always a good time when thos DAM Girls get together.

The Detroit Area Modern Quilt Guild (DAMQG) is a vibrant community of quilters in the Metro Detroit area who share a passion for modern design. Our work ranges from reimagining traditional patterns with bold, contemporary fabrics to creating completely improvisational pieces without patterns.
